MP4 won't play on my Razr 40
Unable to play MP4 files on your Motorola Razr 40? Your MP4 files probably contain video or audio codec that your device doesn’t support. If that’s the case, you will need to convert them first. This guide explains how to do this in detail.

Download and install Video Converter on your Windows computer.
Step 1: Import your video files
