Motorola won’t play MP4 files

Came upon incompatibility problems playing MP4 videos on Motorola Edge 40 Pro? Due to codec issues, some MP4 files will not play on Motorola Edge 40 Pro. To be able to play these MP4 files, you will need to convert them first.
